Hi Zig, I really tend to doubt Nenner's singals are 100% accurate, but then I don't follow him. I know CNBC has given him airtime and had played up a few calls that he had that were very accurate. And I do remeber him saying back in 2007 that there would not be an stock buying opportunities in 2008.

2008 has in fact gone down as a prolific bear market year.

The yield curve is getting steeper the past month. Gold has been flirting with 900 again. The USD is looking pretty good.

.. but what's this with GE... making new 12-13 year lows, all the way down to 1996 price levels. It's selling for 50% of what it sold for at the 2002-2003 bear market lows. It must be that 60% to 70% of the business which makes it's earnings through GE Financial.
