Arrest him and charge him. If convicted, put him in prison. It isn't all that complicated. Charge him and try him as a criminal in American courts where you have far less evidence than was had against OJ? A Trial of the Century with everyone from Mark Geragos to Vince Buglioso to Gloria Allred will be defending him, looking for the next Mark Fuhrman and Judge Ito to get him off? Where the standards of proof are so high there is virtually no chance of a conviction? You're being ridiculous. Bin Laden is not a criminal. He declared war on the United States. He is an enemy.
