I said "Bullshit" You guys are blowing smoke. Name one thing the hasn't gone DOWN. He said check the vendors, and I said "tell them to check costs" Wood, steel,aluminum,gas, oil, and, maybe wages, are down. DUH. Go figure I'm in construction, I keep looking for materials to start to drop in price. Haven't seen it yet. I can't think of anything that has dropped. In fact, I just got a notice that a concrete paver material I like to use is about to go up 5%.
