Maybe they're trying to compete with Macau. Is this a tourist casino or for locals?

When did they last change the rules?

Elroy - Buy Vimpel (VIP) on close Friday.

Regarding black jack, the main big time gambler on SI is probably
Knightly Tin on the Ask Michael Burke thread:

Subject 6780

I'm not much of a casino gambler. I go with the wife to Vegas
now and then but mainly so she can get her fix in at the penny
slots. If she's doing well, she'll get the courage to move up
to the nickel slots. Right now with the economy so bad, a lot
of locals out in Vegas are complaining that they've really
tightened up on the slots.

Hope you won some money at the tables.
