Alex,
The way I understand it, the Swiss PM,Swiss parliment,& Swiss CB do no have the power to sell gold. This will take a common election with 3/4
majority of all Swiss voters. Yes, those in Siwss govt. may speak of it,but I don't think the Swiss people will vote sell.
Yes, They have talked about it, but the Swiss is the weakest central government on ezrth. They can not even vote themselves a raise as in most other contries.
