What's amazing is that you want to set a precedent under which we bring enemy combatants here and try them like common criminals. So terrorists are not subject to the rule of law. What next, child molesters? Then what, rapists? How about murders? Eventually we move on to political opponents? No, rule of law is hard and fast, black and white. It's the basis of our society. Frankly if captured I think he should be tried in an international court.
