I remember after 9/11 how the whole country was saying "We will never forget"

It's pretty clear that a lot of the American people and the American president forgot less than 10 years after it happened.

With so many problems that need to be addressed by the new president, why was releasing the suspects for the USS Cole and 9/11 bombings at the top of the list?

Obama really does appear to be making a special effort to appease the muslims.
