I'm not sure what it was, but I think that happened a number of years ago, and we missed it.

I'm thinking maybe this is the first sign that the torch is being held out to a new runner. If they have been able to decouple from us, it's all over.

Look at the population size and the installed base level of cars per family. Of course they should be catching up. The good news is i think american manufactures reap some of the benefit.
