It doesn't. Its an unmoderated thread.......which is what I wanted.

"Now please answer the Big question - if you really started this" Ted has a better claim than anyone. This thread died when the moderated one was started. The moderated thread was started by Mani because this one had devolved into flame wars. Ted more or less repurposed it. SIAdminDave thought he had a strong enough claim that he renamed the thread per Ted's request. But, the old-timer posters who moved to the moderated thread objected because they wanted access to the old posts. So the name was changed back. So Ted has a pretty good claim.
