I would guess the initial drop in hrbc's stock price is attributable to fear of potential dilution. This merger looks like a big winner to me.

ST jitters and a continuation of yesterday. once it settles in that the merger, while expensive, will be great to both companies, the stock will go up. i am betting that the eventual price we get for PRMO is around 20.
