This is potentially criminal in my opinion. Its possibly a payoff for political favors and should be investigated by the AG office as to who and why inserted this into this bill.

I view ACORN as nothing less than subversive. It's blatantly partisan toward democrats which should make it unconstitutional for it to receive funds from the government.

Certainly, agree. They are registered as a non-profit. Yet, they were doing work for Obama.

They were paid about $800,000 by Obama Campaign but were not listed on Obama's election reports as ACORN. Obama passed it off as an oversight--i.e. accounting error.

The research on this is on this board and also was on another board that followed this closely in 2008.
