It looks like SEC is nothing but a front to protect Wallstreet crooks and their scheme from others. Because it is used as a job training place to go and work in Wallstreet and other "lucrative" places their job is to protect their future employers. They do go after small fleas and are now protecting Madoff. May be if they reveal it will reveal the truth behind the entire ponzy scheme called "Wallstreet".
