Agreed, but to sit there thinking they have no one to answer to and probably get away with it is mind blowing. what a country. I mean someone had to do something wrong (illegal)

The SEC said Monday that Linda Thomsen is leaving to pursue opportunities in the private sector, but did not provide further details. She has been the agency's enforcement director since May 2005. <and let Madeoff happen>
