Yes there is still a need for covering the wages of teachers, policemen and fireman that are being laid off; unemployment supplements and health care for all workers laid off and tax credits for efficiency retrofits including solar for all buildings which will create the most jobs of all..no car related stuff including none of its infrastructure ( public transit yes!?).. buy agricultural stocks including potash company of Saskatchewan, solar and wind and Natural gas and Oil (I own no stocks..for twenty years since the market became a gambling casino). what do I know?
