Nah. That solution is to wipe out essentially all of Wall Street cause their greed ran the country into the ground. Can't happen. The Fed won't let it happen. You have to wipe out the Fed too then, or it ain't gonna be effective. None of the TARP changes will be effective, cause the crooks will go to the Fed. My solution? Just wipe out the Fed, restore honest money, then the crooks will fall -g- IF we lose the currency to hyperinflation, there will be a lot of pressure in this country to abolish the Fed and restore the constitution. However, not until then, I am afraid.
