Gary is letting the attorney work on it. No need to answer it with a rebuttal at this time (IMHO). Anyone with information concerning the activities of the shorts SHOULD contact the company ASAP! Any private email, telephone conversations, regular mail that you may have received concerning this should be sent (copies) to Gary Morgan, or at least inform them about said activities.
