That is real obvious to me as well. Obama has been lying brazenly throughout his campaign. He couldn't care less his nominees had tax problems. Only thing he cares about is public perception.

Not just a tax cheat, also someone who had received millions from a health insurance company and then was going to be in charge of the government agency dealing with the issues that effect insurance companies. So even without the tax problems its the type of appointment that Obama complained about and said he wouldn't make.
