yeltsin was democratic menshivik and putin is bolshevik. But its not communists here this time and there is no reason to have another cold war. We need to talk to ruskys and not look into their souls. Russian progression to a more democratic society has slowed but they do have wealth now and could still morph into a democracy albeit imperfect now.
