Commentary: Government shouldn't decide executive pay

Chinu she is another one who is simply not worth listenting to. She has one of those sociopathic personalities. I put her right up there with Billy Crystal. Nasty woman.

Since corporations have failed to self-regulate executive pay (400-500 times average worker pay versus 40 times 30 years ago) the public has to step in. If the public (government) had stepped in to regulate the shadow banking system and the mortgage industry even 5 years ago we wouldn't be sitting atop this ridiculous mess.

Corporate management and boards of directors have to prove that they can be trusted. They have a fiduciary responsibility to act responsibly, not just grease upper management's pillage scheme.
