A) Nobody wants high density NOR. That's only ever been for niche products. The bulk of sales is 32mb - 64mb. That's a fact that Spansion refused to accept.

B) For the last 5 years no one has ever made a profit from NOR. A simple case of oversupply. I doubt anyone's going to throw money at a losing business.

the whole company is worth 11 million, if you put in a few millions, then they have to start listening to you ...
