That is FALSE.

There is still a DIRECT PROHIBITION in U.S. laws prohibiting the funding (through any of our foreign aid programs) of abortions in foreign lands.

What was just lifted was the "Mexico City policy" which had prohibited ANY US funding going to ANY foreign health services outfit if they even *mentioned* the word 'abortion' or gave any abortion or even birth control (other then 'abstinence') counseling at all --- even if they used their own segregated sources of funding for it.

Direct American funding of foreign abortions still remains prohibited by law.
