Presumably a lot of money would be used very inefficiently in the stimulus, if its hurried through.

Never in the history of mankind have so few people made a decision to spend so much money so fast.

It should give us pause - but a lot of people seemed to be in panic mode.

Reeally I don't care much anymore about Iraq or the stimulus- but I do care about that extra "h" you keep adding to were. Why do you spell it that way? It's an extra letter, and it doesn't belong in the word. It makes all life's other little problems seem pretty small, really.
