Maybe Joe the Plumber and Rush can do the rebuttal.. ____________________________ Obama plans primetime press conference Monday night Posted: 03:10 PM ET WASHINGTON (CNN) – President Obama will hold the first official press conference of his presidency next Monday night, February 9, two weeks earlier than President Bush held his first White House press conference eight years ago. Obama is also slated to speak to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, February 24, in what is being described as his first State of the Union address. The White House says he will submit his first budget to Congress by the end of this month or the beginning of March.
