Bill Gross, co-chief investment officer of Pacific Investment Management Co., said the U.S. may slump into a “mini depression” unless policy makers spend trillions of dollars to spur growth.

Gross's hedge fund is smelling up the joint. He needs all the help he can get. That's what he means by a mini depression. HE will be in a mini depression if his numbers don't improve soon. ;-)
