My god! The semis are getting too cheap. But, instead of bargain hunting now, I'm afraid of trying to catch a falling knife. TXN looked cheap yesterday, down 7 today. AMAT looked great yesterday, down 4. When will the carnage end???? On another note, what is everyone's (anyone's?) opinion on Vivus? Stock has taken a beating since posting a high of 42 . . . now at 30, but with business still very strong. Muizz

Jerry, "they" are in a big D**n hurry to get these semi techs to tank. They picked a very weak time to tank them further. I think it is because the inflows are coming in (verified on cnbc) and they WANT THEM CHEAP and THEY WANT THEM SOON and they WANT THEM TO HURRY UP! Reminds me of the summer network scare. Wanna bet these stocks go back up to high levels by Dec? Keeping an eye on when they are done tanking for the ride up. Autumn those like txn and any in the 50's or above look over priced.....:)
