SE -is offering 28M shares @14.35$ biz.yahoo.com My experience with these offerings is that the bookrunners support the stock for a while and then let go. So my guess is that we are going to have a good shot of buying this stock with a 13 handle. At least that's what i plan to do despite the weaker than expected earnings.
