really scary thought ...

if it played out as you painted it because BILL
was/is as open ended as suggested here ...

if - all my neighbors started to do it -- due to word of
mouth or other reasons ....

then the universe of all remaining home owners (including me )would have NO CHOICE but to do it ....

just to keep even as holders of total US govern't debt and getting our equal share of the pig trough the debt
would create ....

additionally - we can calculate minimum cost right now (roughly)

(total us homeowners primary residence ) * $15,000 ...

PLUS - vacant homes in current bank inventory that get sold

I think ...

its a free payment to XX% of US families - and screws
those who can't financially take advantage of
