The price of fuel to deliver that food has come down but the stores prices don't reflect that.

And yet prices at the farm level have plummeted. Milk is under 10 dollars a hundred weight base price which is half what it was a year ago. Bull calves that sold for 400 a year ago now don't bring enough to pay the trucking bill to market. Some folks are feeding them but a lot are just getting shot I hate to say. You wouldn't know any of that looking at the store however.
