Dr. Villani is currently the Chairman of the Board at Georgetown University; a Member of the Board of Director at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Cohen & Steers, and Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc.; and a Member of the Investment Committee at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. In addition, he Chairs the Advisory Board of the Penn Institute for Economic Research at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Member of the International Capital Markets Advisory Committee of the Board at the New York Stock Exchange. Dr. Villani is a Director of The Crescent Group. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from Georgetown University with a Phi Beta Kappa, Woodrow Wilson Fellowship in 1968, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973.
