Ten - They talk a good game. But when it comes down to it these guys don't want to pay more.

If they did they could just send their checks in to the IRS and tell them it is a contribution. It is even tax deductible.

the tax system lend itself to that. In theory i would like to see a VAT or Flat Tax which at a revenue neutral rate. That will elminate all that stuff. But time not right for that now.
