And how does this plan help small businesses get loans. I have negotiated loans for 3 small business clients with good balance sheets this month. I am a small business and I can get a loan. I have had several small businesses who could not get loans and I wouldn't lend to them either. What you are missing is the funny money games both parties have been playing for years have resulted in huge misallocations and a lot of people who are in over their head. So we should encourage them to get in even more over their heads. lj
