Right - I gave my solution in bullet point priority - you simply babble nonsense about borrowing future money to create temporary jobs in the hopes the economy recovers so they can find employment elsewhere down the road or expand government to the point they can keep those jobs going forward forever. You do realize the spending from the stimulus would amount to 20% the first year aka 2009 or about $180b - why not seek that first, see how things go while addressing the banks. If they need to continue spending next year - come back with proof the first stimulus is doing something positive.
