re: ["Did you mean 8250ish+? I would love to see 9250+
myself but was wondering if this was a typo."]

No typo.

I had a small short on via SH & DOG, but just as a partial
hedge to long gold stock positions as the market rolled over.

I took that off yesterday, and will wait to see where this
rally in the DOW takes us. I think the herd will "buy the BS"
and the DOW may rally through 9K.

Above 9,000, with these job numbers, and this economy, then
I use puts & 2 X SDS & DXD ETF's to place a "large" short trade.

There's a lot of cash on the sidelines, and funds will pour
whatever cash they are presently holding, in on this rally,
because it's "OPM" and because it's about beating benchmarks,
not managing your money. And you know the PPT will add a little
juice.

...they're desperate to turn the tide here. So, I'd give the
DOW some room to run before laying on anything other than
a partial hedged short... I'd at least wait until the run
exhausts itself, and then turn short into the rollover.

PS: $13 Silver today people!
