Really? Keeping parts of bills hidden until the last minute in order to stifle descent? While I'm sure the GOP has it's own bag of tricks, I don't expect either party to obfuscate any part of a bill with this import (or any other time for that matter).

Are you aware that one of the first things the dems did in coming to a majority was remove all the rules the GOP put in place to make sure that the minority had input?
