He, like Obama is a man with his feet on the ground and not like others who have their heads in he cloud. But he needs to be careful with his words. For him to say that the stimulus package has a 70% chance of success sends a wrong message. We know he is trying to temper expectations. But he needs to say it differently just like he did during the Democratic Presidential debate where he answered the moderator's question with a single word.
