I know people who can't be in a room which has been cleaned with some of the detergents that the facilities people use the night before on the floors.

I've gone into horrible sinus problems from walking through a mall and being assaulted by perfume.

If you're that sensitive, you've probably noticed you know things about people which can't be explained.
"I smell a rat" is one expression which comes to mind, but I only bring that up as a loose way to say that ultra sensitive senses usually mean slightly different awareness conditions.

Ever know when someone you know has just entered the building you're in?

Its happened to me a few times. The senses have a very wide range.
