You claimed the following: Jake, From 1994 to 2006, we had a Republican Congress.

And I showed that:

103rd Congress (1993-1995)
Majority Party: Democrat (57 seats)
Minority Party: Republican (43 seats)
Other Parties: 0
Total Seats: 100

So your claim that the Republicans controlled Congress between 1994 through 2006 is wrong.
