C'mon Guys. If ya want to communicate in code, you could easily do it via private Email within the Cartel. This gives the enemy camp the idea that you are playing war games for effect or bluffing. That can be thrilling for the moment, but in the end, if you are bluffing and there is no Blitzgrieg, then we all look foolish and the nays will go on for days on this one. ATTENTION ALL OVIS CERTIFICATE HOLDERS. It is not necessary to convert your OVIS certificates to RMIL. This will not hamper your ability to sell when your price objective is reached. Lets not waste the TA's time converting old Certs to new RMIL certs. Let them get to the job at "hand" and start cranking out the backlog of new requests for certificates to push us over the top. Analogy: You find an old stock certificate from the 1930's from Grandpa Joe for Standard Oil of New Jersey. You turn it over to your broker and find out that its now EXXON. You can sell it w/o any trouble.
