<< We have been confusing corporate feudalism with capitalism. Capitalism would not pay the head of GM, the loser of some $75B one red cent and would boot him out on his head. Corporate feudalism pays as much as the Board thinks is possible without causing a shareholder or public riot.<< Very good. I saw it as in a sense replacing democracy with capitalism. But I like the "corporate feudalism" idea. Exactly.
