I do like the idea of the ultimate tax cut--fica holiday for individuals and businesses if they use fund to hire new employees. Hell i would like to see entire FICA (worker/business) go to worker, effectively creating a 13% pay increase for lower and middle income workers. And for the dems, i would take back the benefit for those who they consider rich--250k and above i think it is. Now that would clearly be stimulitive. Folks making 50k per year cant save in this environemnt. Everything spent. PS i agree that all spending is stimulitive but i see a whole lot of bottle burying going on in this bill.
