Give $100 to a poor dude or a middle class dude and it will immediately get spent. Its the infrastructure spending that takes time. You need both. I mentioned payroll tax holiday in last post. What about a debit card for each american that needs to be spent in 60 days as in use it or lose it. Rather than tax rebate check which tends to be used to reduce debt for many.
