I think that I'm pretty well versed in many biotech companies. I'm not sure what gave you the impression that I haven't done any "deep studying". I've made tons of money in IPIC, BTIM, BTGC, IMGN, both buying and shorting shares. But despite this, I still do have questions like the one I posed to the group. Don't you think that the ability to file lawsuits against biotech companies hinders innovation?
