Indeed, Seminole. I was talking to one of my kids this weekend about this very thing. He and I agreed that the economic times are bringing about a regrouping of people. In addition to the haves and have-nots, we will also have the 'dids' and 'did-nots'....meaning those who did manage their finances well enough to weather this storm versus those who did not. I will say, though, that the young are in a different category. Those with small children who bought their first home in the last five years haven't had much of an opportunity to be prepared.
