The process described in that article is outrageous. It makes me wonder if there is even one person in the whole of DC who has the interests of the taxpayer in mind.

It's also funny to hear them say "what if the market price isn't the real price?" I thought the market was always right. But I guess that's only for those who don't have a product that they want to sell for more than the market wants to pay.
