Flag Resources works, Sudbury, Ontario 1 Cobalt Hill Source of 5 varieties of nickel bearing sulfides,gold zone, with copper and cobalt values,location pinpointed in north sector of Cobalt Hill by air born magnetic anomaly and drilling results. Undrilled gold zone on northwest flank. Expect the very rich source to exceed 100 feet in thickness. 2 Massive Sulfide lens,south west shore Rathbun Lake. Airborne coinciding magnetic and E.M. (electro magnetic) anomaly, 150 feet due west of mined out massive sulfide lens (assay 10%copper,34oz palladium) , appears to be its source. Geological study suggests massive sulfide lens broke off from a larger nearby source. 3 coinciding magnetic and EM anomaly, 1500 feet north of anomaly in number 2. Visible traces of nickel intersected in long angle drill hole west across Rathbun Lake on south edge of anomaly. 4 Quartz diorite, host of Sudbury ore deposit. North east of Rathbun Lake. Drill hole in brecciated 350 feet of anomalous nickel and cobalt values in quartz diorite. 5 Large magnetic airborne anomaly Wolf lake and large magnetic anomaly, Laundry lake. Fault north east Wolf lake. Drill hole intersected 48 feet of 3.6% copper and .043oz gold (148-196 feet) and drill hole intersected 73.5 feet of .519 oz gold (104-177.5feet) in peninsula,Wolf lake on west side of Wolf lake magnetic anomaly. Airborne EM survey to be completed over large magnetic anomaly. 6 Gold deposit, Wolf lake. May be economic viable at present gold price. 7 Gold deposit Jess lake. To be reviewed for economic potential. 8 Coinciding EM and magnetic air born anomaly east of Rathbun lake. Recommended for drilling. 9 Magnetic Horizon down Rathbun lake, outlined by air borne magnetic survey, recommended for drilling. 10 Coinciding air borne magnetic and EM anomaly, peninsula south of Rathbun lake, drill target. Drilling of Cobalt Hill source should expedite public awareness of mining camp potential of Flag's discovery.
