And he appoints people to the various regulatory agencies. When you appoint people who believe that government can never function and that regulations are bad, well, you shouldn't be shocked when the wheels fall off.

It would seem that half of Obama's entire team thinks regulations are bad. They totally ignore them as they apply to themselves.

Or, I suppose regulations are bad only when they apply to THEM.
