LJ, that was plenty good, but can I add a thought? We've allowed education to be taken over by deluded folks who think they can successfully emulate the Soviet model. There are no incentives that cause excellence to be copied and further developed in an ongoing chain reaction. Americans shovel ever more on a failed system. There is still at least a plurality who succumb to the hustler's idea that it just needs mo' money. We indeed need a good educational system. Instead we get this.
