You don't have a major problem with this?????? Yikes! This is 10% of the total stimulus package.

With school enrollments declining, it seems natural that teachers should be laid off. Also why teachers? Why not spend billions on 'stabilization' funds to keep autoworkers and everybody else from being laid off?
