There is a limit, for they are not making money at current pricing (due to utilization of tooling capacity).

But, we may see more zero financing and pricing cuts if more desperation sets in. I may sound very pessimistic, but I just don't see this turning around in a meaningful way before the cash runs out.

Borrowed cash at that and subject to all kinds of conditions and "viability plans" to keep it flowing.

I did do a pricing study on my house. I picked a number I would be happy to sell at (my neighbors will not be happy, for this number will crush comps). I was surprised to see that not a single house in my zip code was listed for this price. Maybe I'm too pessimistic on suburban Detroit housing prices that are not our in the sticks.

my buddy just picked up an 2003 4x4 dodge 1500 quad cab w/50k miles. Leather, etc. Looks brand new. $8,750 off the lot.
