That's an OK definition of a contract. I was speaking of WSTL's responsibilities ragarding 3 alleged contracts between WSTL and 3 alleged whomsoevers. How can WSTL be held responsible for undisclosed contracts?

I hope they can just incase this stock continues to tank. These are the things that shareholder suits are made of.

WSTL needs the business and has competition. Under these circumstances, one would expect a telco to negotiate a "binding agreement" with enough escape clauses to make it virtually worthless.
